BEd Hons, MA Applied Theatre
 I am a fully qualified dance and drama teacher and have been head of a drama and dance department in a secondary school. I am now a freelance Performing Arts tutor. As part of my job I work with Suffolk Sports as a dance coach but I also run a theatre company called Footprints Theatre company: www.footprintstheatrecompany.co.ukI have set up and started running Velocity Dance Company at GCUS so that young people in Sudbury who have a desire to develop their contemporary dance skills, can further their expertise and knowledge. We are able to cater for anyone between the ages of 9 upwards whatever their experience. My dance training has been in a variety of styles: Ballet, Modern, National Dance, Tap, Contemporary and I am now enjoying learning Ballroom and Latin American dance. I am a member of the National Dance Teachers Association and as well as having a teaching degree I have examinations passes at Advanced level for a number of styles of dance that I teach.
