Kevin graduated from the University of Wolverhampton in 1997 and then spent two years coaching football in both America and Australia.
After 3 years as a Sports Development Officer for the London Borough of Redbridge, Kevin taught A-level and B-tec Sport at Cambridge Regional College for 4 years before becoming Assistant PDM In Sept 2006, over seeing the expansion of the partnership to cover Haverhill. In Sept 2007 Kevin was promoted to PDM |

Claire began her teaching career in 1985, at Tendring High School in Essex. She moved to Great Cornard Upper School, as Head of Girls PE, in 1988.
